This evening I was surfing around and decided to have another look at Google Images...despite my weak efforts over the last year I have never really cracked the process for getting an alpaca image to come up on the first page of results.
I appreciate it should be something of a priority for me because I know from research that many people interested in alpacas search on Google Images first because they are curious to see what an alpaca actually looks like.
So having searched on alpacas I clicked through on the number one result and discovered it was from a Blog in NYC. What the....? Not even an alpaca farm!
Being a friendly sort of person I e-mailed the owner to congratulate her. I didn't expect to hear anymore......
I was surprised and delighted when the Blog owner replied to say hello and give me some idea as to how her image had made its way to number one on Google Images. It turns out that this lady is a web guru.... and no I am not putting her answers here for all the world to see.
I intend to test them out for myself and have followed her suggestions using the image below.
If you are on the east coast and want some top flight web development this lady is a treasure...NYC Gadget Girl
I will keep you posted on progress or you can go to Google Images and search on alpacas....
